First Meeting at the Office

During our initial meeting, we get acquainted with you and your preferences. We present the content of the design project portfolio, discuss the terms and stages of our work, and review the initial details of the space. We share and discuss both your vision and ours for the project and its elements. We also outline an approximate budget and timeline.

Creating the Design Brief /
Contract Agreement

We send you a brief questionnaire to complete at your convenience. This will help us understand your preferences, desires, and vision for the space, including the necessary rooms and zones, their functions, and your preferences for materials, colors, and textures.

Site Visit for Measurements

We conduct a site visit to take precise measurements and analyze the space. The data gathered is essential for our subsequent work. We focus on understanding the spatial dimensions and lighting dynamics.

Concept Design Development

We prepare several layout options and present the one we believe best suits your needs. We create a conceptual design based on your preferences, including axonometric drawings, a color scheme, and a mood board for the project. We also provide a visualization of one key area.

3D Visualizations of All Spaces

We provide a comprehensive set of perspectives to give you a complete view of the designed spaces, with specific visualizations for each area.

Technical Drawing Package

We compile a comprehensive set of technical drawings, including relevant plans, details, elevations, and 3D visualizations. We also provide the necessary specifications according to the project's concept. Detailed attention is given to complex and critical elements, joints, and connections.
