That is why we carry out the whole complex of design works:

Describes in detail all processes, materials and items, we agree with you in advance. We rely on the drawn up implementation calendar, delivery schedules of materials and equipment. We keep in touch with manufacturers and follow delivery dates in vain.

Composition of sections of the final cost estimate:

Foundation: type of foundation, materials, etc.
Finishing materials: facade materials, plastering, painting, flooring, etc.
Lighting fixtures (external part of the architecture)
Sockets and switches, heating appliances
Doors, windows, partitions, hardware
Sanitary equipment
Other architectural and landscape items, if necessary

We provide consultations to construction teams and contractors. They control the stages of construction work and visit the site: project manager, studio founder, architect, packager. We communicate with the foreman and contractors throughout the entire construction period during working hours.

If necessary, we make adjustments and clarifications to the drawing documentation
We organize a general chat with information on the project with customers, contractors and the team
